Please read these Terms carefully before using MojoTrak®. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MojoTrak.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Carrie Blackery, trading as MojoTrak ("MojoTrak", "we", "us", "our") — the person who provides and operates the MojoTrak service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

MojoTrak is a service that helps pet owners, vets, and carers manage chronic health conditions in pets. It is currently focused on canine glucose monitoring and insulin dosing, and is delivered as a Progressive Web App at mojotrak.com and its subdomains. We plan to make MojoTrak available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in future.
MojoTrak lets you:
MojoTrak is a record-keeping and decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By using MojoTrak, you accept full responsibility for all decisions you make about your pet's care, including whether and when to administer insulin or seek veterinary attention. MojoTrak and its founder accept no liability for clinical outcomes. This applies whether you are a pet owner, a vet, or a carer.
To create an account you must:
MojoTrak is currently offered in the United Kingdom in English, with glucose readings in mmol/L. We may expand to other regions, languages, and units in future.
When you register, you must give accurate information and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
MojoTrak offers five account types: pet owner, vet practice, carer, administrator, and advertiser. Different features are available depending on the account type.
You may hold more than one account type (for example, a pet owner who is also a carer for someone else's pet), but you must not create multiple accounts of the same type for yourself.
If you use MojoTrak as a pet owner:
MojoTrak is developing a feature that will allow you to transfer a pet's records to another owner (for example, if your pet is rehomed). When used, this feature will transfer the pet's health history to the new owner, and you will no longer have access to it. Both parties will be required to confirm the transfer.
Your pet's records will remain in your account unless you choose to delete them. You can continue to view the history, delete individual entries, or delete the whole pet record from Settings.
If you use MojoTrak as a vet practice:
If you use MojoTrak as a carer:
You may choose to contribute your pet's anonymised health data to approved research partners. This is entirely optional, and you can switch it on or off at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for how research sharing works.
When you create a new pet owner account, you receive a 14-day free trial of the full MojoTrak service. No payment details are required to start the trial.
Towards the end of the trial, you will be asked to choose one of the following subscription options to continue using MojoTrak:
Current prices for each option will be shown clearly before you commit, and no payment will be taken until you choose a plan.
To support pets in rehoming and ensure continuity of care, MojoTrak offers special terms:
We may ask for reasonable evidence of rescue centre or foster carer status.
Vet practices have free access to the records of any pet owner who connects them to their account, for the purpose of supporting that owner's care of their pet. There is no charge to vet practices for this access.
We plan to offer a separate white label version of MojoTrak to vet practices in future, enabling practices to offer a MojoTrak-powered service under their own brand. The terms of that offering will be published separately when available.
There is no charge for carers to use MojoTrak when invited by a pet owner.
If you do not choose a subscription at the end of your trial, or your paid subscription lapses, and your account remains inactive for 30 days, we will suspend your account. You will no longer be able to sign in.
Your data will be retained for a further 12 months after suspension, during which time you can reactivate your account by subscribing. If you do not reactivate within those 12 months, your account and all your data will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
We will send reminder emails before suspension and before deletion, so you have the opportunity to subscribe, export your data, or request earlier deletion.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change affecting your current plan, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Our refund policy will be published alongside the paid plans and will be in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MojoTrak for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You keep ownership of the data you enter into MojoTrak (readings, notes, pet details, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that data as necessary to provide the service to you and anyone you authorise (vets, carers), and — if you have opted in — to share anonymised versions with research partners.
You must not:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these rules (see Section 15).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
If you are using MojoTrak as a consumer (not for business), these limits do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK consumer protection law.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@mojotrak.com. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you close your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice before terminating your account, and give you the opportunity to export your data.
Sections 3 (clinical disclaimer), 11 (intellectual property), 14 (our liability), and 18 (governing law) continue to apply after your account ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change.
For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before it takes effect.
Minor changes (such as corrections, formatting, or clarifications that do not change your rights or ours) may take effect immediately.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) are the full agreement between you and MojoTrak about your use of the service.
If a court decides any part of these Terms is not enforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.
If we do not enforce a right under these Terms immediately, we have not given up that right.
You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms (for example, if MojoTrak is sold or restructured) provided your rights are not reduced.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your home courts.
